We would like to invite you to a Community Health Fair brought to you by Adur Health Partnership and the AHP Patient Engagement Group.
The Community Health Fair is held at Shoreham Community Centre on Pond Road, Shoreham-by-Sea on 8th March 2025 from 10am to 3pm.
The purpose of the health fair is to bring Adur Health Partnership, local groups and the community together to encourage healthy lifestyles and support people to manage health conditions well.
