It has been designed to make the information you are looking for easily accessible.

Meet our Team
Adur Health Partnership is made up of 4 GP practices across Shoreham and Southwick and we look after over 36,500 registered patients.
Our team consists of 9 GP Partners and 1 Managing Partner, 28 Salaried GPs, 3 GP Assistants, 1 MSK Specialist, 3 Clinical Pharmacists, 1 Pharmacy Technicians and 2 Medicines Management Care Coordinators, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 14 Practice Nurses, 9 Healthcare Assistants and 1 Phlebotomist, all ably supported by our Executive Management Team, Patient Experience Manager, our reception teams and administrative staff.

GP Patient Survey
The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across England. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
Our overall CQC Rating was: GOOD
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) makes sure hospitals, care homes, dental and GP surgeries, and all other care services in England provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care and encourages them to make improvements where possible.
